1) COMPUTER TECHNICIAN – Full Time
Job Description
- Diagnostic and offer solutions for MacBook, windows laptop, desktop, iMac and AIO PC.
- Assemble and disassemble laptops, tablets, desktop and AIO PC
- Software skills: application supporting H/W, OS and drivers, registry/BIOS editing
- Hardware skills: replacement of RAM, battery. LCD, fan, keyboard, PSU
- Troubleshooting motherboard
- Data recovery process
Job Qualifications
- Good team player
- Familiar with apple OSX and windows OS
- Excellent communication skills to interact freely and comfortably with customers
- Familiar with English and Mandarian
Salary: $1900-2700 depending on experience
Working hours: 6 days a week (Monday off) from 10.00am to 6.30 pm
Language Spoken: English and Mandarin

2. IT Service Officer-Full Time Position
Job Description
- Answer technical questions and provide quotes to customers
- Respond to emails, calls and SMS
- Coordinate with the in-house team for sourcing of parts
- Maintain inventory stock list
- Attend to front desk laptop collection and return
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to easily and freely interact with customers
- Passionate about technology and be willing to learn hardware and software
- Fluent in Mandarian to easily communicate with Mandarian speaking suppliers
- Preferred courses in its business administration, computer engineering, or electrical and electronic
Salary: $1900-2300
Working hours: 6 days a week (Monday off) from 10.00am to 6.30pm

3. ACCOUNT & ADMIN OFFICER
Job Description
- Check sales transactions /daily settlement of sales
- Daily AR/PR function including keying in invoices from customers and suppliers
- Handle general administrative duties
Job Qualifications
- Conversant with MS word and MS excel
- Independent, accurate and meticulous
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Accounting experience is an added advantage
- Good organization, interpersonal and administrative skills
- Qualified candidates should possess O level and above
Salary: $10/hour
Working hours: 4 days work week from 10.30am-5.30pm (Wednesday off)
